Marina Beach

Government Museum

Valluvar Kottam Temple

This monument is erected to hail the saint and poet the great Thiruvalluvar. This temple has all the collection of his works. The architectural beauty of the Kottam needs a special mention. The large effigy of Saint Thiruvalluvar is installed inside the kottam. This place is well maintained and is apt for morning and evening strolls.

Sri Parthasarathy Temple

This temple is one of the most famous and ancient temples in Chennai. It is dedicated to Lord Venkat Krishna and is located at Triplicane. The splendid feature of the temple is the coloured Gopuram and the intricate architecture of the Mandapam.
