Tamil Nadu International Balloon Festival is a global hot air balloon festival organized by the Global Media Box, and other significant organizers with the support of the Tourism Department of Tamil Nadu.
The objective of organizing such an event is to set a unique variety of family amusement through hot air balloon rides and thus making Chennai and Pollachi a well-known spot for tourism. This year 2020, they are hosting the 6th edition of the global hot air balloon festival which will be held at Pollachi, near Coimbatore.
Hot air balloons of varied shapes and colours from 8 countries including India, Netherlands, France, USA, Belgium, Germany, Poland and Denmark will be showcased at the 6th Tamil Nadu International Balloon Festival.
