The car and driver service was excellent- however the service by Make MyTrip was not at all good. They forgot to book our flight and causes us trouble throughout the journey for refund. Pathetic service by makemytrip.

Biju ji is amazing as driver, throughout the trip he kept the vehicle clean, he was always very punctual, he also acted as our guide and told us alot about the places we have visited and culture of Kerala in general.
